I'm 29M virgin. Never had a relationship with a girl. Never truly pursued it due to many issues such as insecurity about my body, extreme shyness with women etc.

Lately I was thinking of going with a provider. This is bcs I'm partly curious and interested, partly wanting to overcome my insecurities and nervousness.

Whould a provider help me? I was thinking to go easy and ask first for non-sexual acts such as kissing.
