Why can't I make love? I only know how to have sex. HELP MEE

Why can't I make love? I only know how to have sex.

I like fucking, and I often experience sex in a very intense and physical way. But there are also sweet, sensitive, gentle guys with whom I would like to experience something different: something more tender, more sensual, with real feelings.

I don't know how to make love. I know how to have sex, but I don't know how to give love or tenderness. When I meet a guy I really like, I almost always end up having very intense and rough sex, with barely a second of tenderness.

Why am I like this? Is there something wrong with me?

Maybe I'm afraid of being judged? Is that why I tend to have sex so intensely? Or maybe I think that if I don't fuck them hard, they won't like it?

Recently, I met a gorgeous, sweet and gentle guy, and in the end I had sex with him in a way that was completely different from how I would have wanted it to be. Afterwards, I kept thinking: why can't I simply be tender with someone?

And in the end, the same thing always happens: I meet these guys, we have sex once, and then there is no further contact. There are no follow-ups.

Is it normal for this to happen? Does this happen to you guys too? How do you learn to experience sex with more tenderness and intimacy, instead of always turning it into just sex?

I don't make love, just sex. Why? help meee

I meet gorgeous guys, but I never make love sensually, with real feeling. I always just have sex. I fuck them hard, with barely a second of tenderness. Why am I like this? What's wrong with me? It happens every time. I met a gorgeous, sweet, gentle guy, and I fucked him like he was a whore. Does that seem normal to you? Please give me some advice, because I feel like I'm not good at making love or maybe even at sex

now.
