Age: 42 Hormone Timeline

27 Nov – Started HRT

Sandrena gel: 0.5 mg

Finasteride: 5 mg

13 Feb – Increased Sandrena: 1.5 mg

14 Feb – 22 Jun – Sandrena: 2.5 mg

22 Jun – 20 Oct – Sandrena: 3 mg

Since switching (Nov) – Estradiol patches 150 µg, applied twice weekly

Application Sites Dose upped to 175 µg patches from 1st feb 2026 till now

13th May 2026 removed finasteride and replaced with decaptyl

Gel: inner thighs

Patches: buttocks

Current weight: 13st 10 lb(updated)

I've put in an image taken before HRT and although i feel that I've not ended up with femine boobs there has been some growth.

I really worry that they're tiny and most folk would read it as man boob as I'm not really passing.
