From 400 to 185 then recently back up to 295
Trying to get back to a healthy weight while getting more used to my body and what it looks like now
Back in 2022 I was 400 got down to 185 and now recently I shot back up to 295. I am currently 283 and doing my best to get back to a healthy weight
