My before 3 months ago to now. I honestly don’t know if my body has changed that much, I guess that’s what I’m relying on anyone here to tell me their honest opinion. I have been lifting heavier but is the work paying off?

Not sure what my target weight is, in all honesty im now below what my orignal target was, but didnt realise just how much I had to lose at the start! I think rather than a weight yo target im more going on how I want my body to look now and still have a ways to go
