Becoming more toned!
1 year between these photos. I got back to consistent weight training in January. I knew my clothes have been fitting better but this is the first time I've done a side by side.
Lots of hard work and dedication but I'm feeling so good! Got rid of that stubborn belly!! It was a long 2 years but well worth it!!
Side by side (left) was where I started (right) where I'm at! Plus an extra current photo as I'm in love with what I've been able to do! My husband was such a huge help, keeping me motivated and getting me into the gym with him.
Worked my ass of to get here. Was quite a journey.

Slow work in progress, I expected more this week.
Being skinny is a big insecurity of mine. I have started going gym however I think my diet is holding me back.
I’m not sure what my ideal weight is, it’s more so how my body looks and being comfortable with myself.
Been working on losing weight. Doing a lot of riding and squats. Can’t really get my husband to notice. Was hoping others can tell.
Updated progress pics and I remembered to take back photos for once too. Hadn't noticed the difference between my thighs compared to when I started until now.
The first pic is from May of 2023 at roughly 250 lbs(highest weight was near 300). Currently bounce between 185-190lbs. I'm struggling to feel confident in my smaller body and struggling to really see myself.
Slowly dropping fat while adding muscle can make for frustratingly slow progress on the scale But I feel like I can see progress in my waistline in particular.
My weight been plateau for months but I do have 0.5 kg increase on muscle mass and losing 0.8% of percentage body fat. I never been prouder with myself than I am now. 🥰 All I wanted to do is show off my hardwork (which I’m glad I found this subs).
My recent routine each week are 1x of one hour swimming, 2x of weightlifting. My calorie intake right now is 2000-2200/day (which is a lot but I have active lifestyle).
For those who’ve “Day oned” multiple times, let’s finally do this for the last >!time!<
