Hello guys,

I consulted an Urologist regarding my size and he prescribed me 2 medicines ( Tab Modula 5mg and Capsule Evion 400mg )

He said that taking these medicines will help in increasing blood flow and Maybe help in gaining some permanent size in the girth

What's your opinion Guys ??

What is the Internal penis ?? Well is it possible to make the internal penis a bit visible externally by doing some Manual stretch Variations or any other option ??

I have been doing some manual stretches for 10 mins daily for 2-3 weeks, and I have gained some EQ gains.

Now I was thinking about doing a split session of Manual stretching

Like : 10 mins per session 2 times or 3 times a day

Around 20-30 mins manual stretching daily

Routine :

Warm up massage and helicopter 10 each side

1 mins × 5 sets - Downward Stretch ( to target Suspensory ligament)

1 mins × 3 sets - Straight out Stretch ( to target shafts )

30 sec × 1 sets - Side to side stretch ( 30 sec each side Total 1 mins )

1 mins × 1 sets - Between the cheeks stretch

Light massage

What do you guys think about it ??

Hello guys,

When I measured my BPEL it was around 9 cm

And I have been doing some manual stretching like ligament stretch for 10 mins daily around 2-3 weeks

Today I measured my BPEL it is around 11-11.5 cm

Well I know it's EQ gains, I just wanted to know whether the EQ gains are permanent or temporary ??

If it's temporary what can I do to make it permanent ??

I wanted to start Manual stretching mainly targeting Suspensory ligament

This statement is given by the BD-Peak male physique....

( What you can do is expose the shaft that is closely lying to the pelvis but still is external to the body. Most guys could see .25in into .5in or 1cm to 1.5 cm as we get the ligament to elongate… but these gains come with 6 weeks of training… this does not grow the shaft… but it does make your existing length more usable. )

Is it really possible to gain .25"-.5" in 6 week Consistent Training ??

A routine which I was thinking of doing is....

1mins × 5 Sets - Downward Static stretch

1mins × 5 Sets - Between the Cheek Stretch

And 10-15 sec rest in between each sets

So Total 10 Mins routine 2 times a Day

Can I use Vaseline as a lubricant for pumping ??

Does it have any side effects or is it safe to use ??

One more doubt - Actually I'm a beginner for Pumping, right now I'm using an electric pump 17-21 kpa. I see a great expansion in size like 2-2.5 cm more in length compared to my Erect Length while pumping.

Well does that mean that's the possible length size I could get by PE ??
