Paranoia/body dysmorphia 7WPO
So I’m 7WPO and spent the majority of last night going through photos of my journey.
I’ve been really struggling with not being able to go to the gym/move as much during recovery so I naturally feel a lot bigger (everywhere, not my boobs)
I was applying moisturiser as normal last night and I’ve absolutely convinced myself that my boobs are bigger than they were the week of my surgery, even though my surgeon had told me they’d get smaller once the swelling goes down.
Am I being delusional or am I just being too harsh on myself? I just feel huge and I’m so anxious that I’m not going to be able to lose weight 😭

A few days off from the compression bra?! Yay or nay?
So… I had my reduction on 6th July and it went really well. My boobs are super pert and I’m really happy with them!
I am however… majorly struggling with this heat. I am a chronic eczema girly and my nylon lipoelastic compression bra is making my boobs sweat and cause a horrendous flare-up right across my chest/neck/armpits.
Would it be AWFUL to have 48 hours off in just a cotton crop top? It’s still tight, it’s just breathable fabric instead of nylon and it’ll be 100x easier to manage putting cream on.
I know I should probably call the hospital/surgeon but I wondered if anybody had any advice on whether I could get away with it? Even if it’s just until Saturday night and I wear my compression bra again from Sunday, I feel like I could get my skin under some sort of control
