I'm pretty sure Mike also attends Med School, and was part of Delta Force at one point, went to classified missions to the point no one will trulyknow what happened during those missions because of the FOG OF WAR surrounding the battle.
As for the MC (Default name Connor), I'm pretty sure he has a hobby of playing DnD with his friends, he's basically living BETWEEN TWO WORLDS.. sometimes playing DnD and being a basketball captain.
