What to do with when you have a useless urologist and not much money?
As it stands right now I feel like I'm completely fucked and don't have any meaningful solution going forward. I have a plaque on the top middle right side of my shaft that feels fairly large and also very noticeable girth loss and indentation on the left underside of my shaft. Overall my penis curves both to the left and upwards. The left curve isn't too bad right now but the upwards curving is getting worse, as it feels physically tense when I try to push it down.
I also have burning nerve pain around the indentation area and even numbness that comes and goes. I went to a urologist about 5-6 months ago because I had noticed the plaque and my penis curving more to the left and upward than usual (I always had a slight left and upward curve but it was more pronounced at that point) and he basically just said to wait a year to see if things get worse, which looking back feels like terrible advice since you'd want to make as much progress on it while it's still in the acute phase.
He didn't even prescribe me anything and I had to call the office just to convince them to prescribe me some tadalafil. Fast forward these last months and my symptoms have only been getting worse. The numbness and nerve pain wasn't an issue my first urologist visit but has showed up around 2 months ago now, and the pain, curving and girth loss has only been getting worse as well.
I actually ended up having a second visit with a different urologist and he seemed to know a bit more about peyronies, but when I told him about the symptoms I was having all he really did was feel my penis for about 15 seconds and said he didn't feel any plaque, even though I literally told him where the spot was and that it was a noticeable lump. He was more concerned about the nerve issues and so ordered a cat scan of my waist area to check for a pinched nerve. Looking back I should have told him I want an ultrasound instead to check for possible plaque and scarring, but I fucked up.
Anyways after that appointment I feel completely lost. I missed the opportunity to order an ultrasound and feel like my curve and pain will only get worse. What's more is I'm pretty broke at the moment which is basically a death sentence for this disease since the only viable treatment options are either expensive surgery, expensive injections, or expensive traction devices. Even the supplements that people recommend on this sub are pretty pricey, especially if you buy them all at once, and it's not like it's a guarantee if those even work or not.
The only "cheap" option I've heard is to do manual stretches to help with the curve but even then I have no clue where to find the proper exercises or what plan to follow. If you guys could recommend me a manual stretching exercise plan that would be great. I've also thought about seeing a different urologist who's more understanding and experienced in this field, but my health insurance isn't that good and I don't even know where I would look. All in all I just don't see myself getting better at all honestly. The real pain is that I'm only 22 and haven't even had sex yet, and with the way things are going it's probably gonna stay that way.
