People that move a lot, any decent exercises/routines/advice that you'd be willing to share?

First time posting. Please be kind :)

My situation is as follows:

  1. For the next ~1 month (27 days) I'll be staying at a place in a rural area and having zero access to a gym or bars. I have a 22lb/10kg dumbbell, two 10lb/5kg dumbbells, and a set of resistance bands.
  2. Month after that I'm going half way across the world and I'll have access to the same resistance bands and a bar
  3. After that, I'll have ~4 months where I'll be able to hit the gym (which lines up perfectly with the colder months where I can't go out for runs)
  4. Around February next year, I'm going on a 2~3 month trip around Asia (Japan, Vietnam, couple other countries, staying a max of 2 weeks per location), during which I'll be happy with just a park so again, I won't have access to a gym.

People that move a lot, or people that have had gym-less/bar-less situations before, do you have any decent exercises/splits/routines that you'd be willing to share?

For reference, I'm pretty out of shape in the weights/strength department so most bodyweight exercises will give me some sort of stimulus. I also run a lot and have pretty decent stamina.

Thanks!
