i have been using cocaine for two months everyday now. one time i used a lot and had a huge panic attack, since then i panic almost every time and always feel like i will die because of my heart. i dont have chest pain or anything but my heart just feels weird idk how to explain. the high is also way shorter now but i just assume it’s because of my tolerance. but after the high i always panic and my heart doesn’t even beat that fast. i do get tired way faster after exercising, but that could also be because i’m just out of shape. do i need to worry?
