Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice. I'm considering whether to go through with a frenuloplasty or not.

Once I can retract my foreskin over the glans without any major issues, but my frenulum has torn twice while putting on a condom, and the second time during sex. Both times were painful and caused bleeding.

Even when it doesn't tear, I always feel a lot of tension in the frenulum during sex, and it's uncomfortable. I'm worried it might tear again or keep causing problems.

Has anyone here had similar experiences or gone through with the procedure? Would you recommend it? Also, should I maybe consider a complete removal of the frenulum if it's causing persistent issues?
