Received my 2nd injection of my second cycle this morning. When I arrived home, I was removing some window siding when I felt a super strong pop. It hurt so freaking bad, to the point where I fell to my knees and screamed. I had to call an ambulance because I immediately yanked my pants off to see my penis was actively swelling like a water balloon but primarily on the left side. I physically watched it fill up. It genuinely looked like a jar of ragu. Finally get to the ER, receive an ultrasound after getting doped up beyond belief, just to find out I’ve got about a 1/2 inch tear on the left side of my shaft. They say it’s from the xiaflex breaking down tissue but they’re not really sure why. Note how EXTREMELY swollen both my mons pubis and taint area are. It’s so bad rn it’s pushing on my testicles.
