My girlfriend has been insisting that we should try being intimate on our balcony.

We live on the top floor, and from where our balcony is, it seems like there’s very little chance of anyone seeing us.

She thinks that’s exactly what makes it exciting and keeps telling me I’m being unnecessarily cautious.

I’m tempted, obviously, but I’m also thinking about all the things that could potentially go wrong. 😅 Even if you think you have complete privacy, you never really know who might be able to see or hear you.

She’s much more adventurous about this than I am, so now I’m curious about other people’s experiences.

Something happened recently that I still don’t quite know how to process.

My girlfriend had stayed over and left some of her clothes drying in the common laundry area. Later, I walked past and caught one of my flatmates standing there, clearly taking a little too much interest in one of her more intimate pieces of clothing ( to be precise smelling her panties )

The second he noticed me, he immediately put it back and acted like nothing had happened.

I didn’t say anything either, but there was definitely an awkward moment where we both knew exactly what I’d just seen. 😅

Now I’m wondering: would you confront the guy, tell your girlfriend, or just pretend you never saw it?

And honestly… if something similar happened in your shared apartment, how would you react?And if you were the girlfriend, would you want your partner to tell you?

I’ve always been curious how other couples get things started.

For us, our biggest turn-on is usually oral before anything else. It gets us both in the mood really fast and almost always leads to making out and more. My girlfriend loves it when I go down on her, and it definitely gets me going too.

I live in a shared rented apartment with other flatmates, and I’ve been wondering how common this situation is.
My girlfriend and I are intimate when she visits, but she’s naturally quite vocal during sex, so I’m pretty sure the others can hear us through the walls.
On top of that, after we’re done, she sometimes walks around the common areas (like the hall or kitchen) wearing very little clothing, and she doesn’t seem bothered by the fact that my flatmates might see her.
I’m curious how people generally handle situations like this in shared accommodations.
Is this fairly normal, or is it considered inconsiderate?
