I haven’t taken mgm since around 5:00 pm yesterday and I took 7oh around 7:30 pm.. nothing this morning. When my subs do arrive can I just take the whole film? The doctor said take a half a film to see how I feel but he also said wait 8 hours before taking it after last mgm dose. I’ve heard conflicting stores on here and I really don’t want to mess this up. Thank you

EDIT FOR MORE CONTEXT: I should have given more context in my post. I managed to taper to 30mg twice a day. I took mgm around 5 pm yesterday and 7oh around 8 pm. I did read 7 doesn’t cause precipitation withdrawal but i am terrified because a few years ago when I was addicted to fetty I threw myself in full precipitated withdrawal and had to pick up my kids from school right after I went into and I could not function. My doctor who prescribed the suboxone told me to wait 8 hours from last dose I believe I’m way past that. But he also said if you do get precipitated withdrawal take more suboxone to knock it.

Last package was delivered today for me. I live in FL so I’ve been dealing with bans and all for some time now. I switched to mgm after 7 was banned not knowing this battle would be even harder than my taper and sobriety from 7. At my peak I was taking about 100-150 mg daily. I strictly used powder and every time I would weigh my dose I had a hard time controlling a set target dose of 30 mg. It looked like so little in my addict mind I just could not set my self up with that. So I switched to tabs to better control my doses. I don’t know why my mind is structured in this way. So I take tabs and my mind is satisfied taking x2 15 mg tabs so I take 30 mg twice daily. I’m having a hard time going below that. I would say I’m a very mentally weak person I just am. I tried to take just one tab and like idk the thoughts start to swirl about the qty not being enough etc. so my last package I ordered 20 mg tabs 50 of them. And I only have maybe 15 50 mg sr tabs.. I’m saving those for the end. Hopefully I can taper my dose low enough to not be in a debilitating state of being. I do get prescribed Xanax but I do not get my script until the end of the month and tramadol. Not sure if the tramadol will help? I’m going to try to get down to atleast 20mg 1x daily. Any lower would be awesome but I know me and that’s going to be hard.
