I downloaded this game about a week ago and am starting to get into it now but 1 of the first few quests is train martial arts in the downtown dojo. The thing is that there is NO dojo downtown....can someone help me out here?

Just downloaded part 1+2 plus the extra credit and late night surprise. When do I start to play the side stories, do they take place after 1 or should I play them first?
