For me I used to watch it a lot too much it probably caused my condition, then peyronies happened and because of that it got more difficult to masturbate so I fell in the trap of watching even more over a longer period, now I know I should stop but I find it difficult to fight the urges, which can take a long time because of the scarring now making it desensitised, so basically stuck in a sort of loop I can't get out of
How do you guys also deal with it? Do you just use it much less since the condition, less masturbation, cut porn out completely etc
I am on tadalafil and even with that now because of the plaque below the head of the penis it is not working like it used too, even on higher dosage, it's like I can never get true blood flow to the head anymore apart from every now and then, which sucks honestly
So I am meeting up with someone, I have put It of for far too long and I do not want to let them down as have cancelled multiple times since I got peyronies, but I am worried 5mg may be enough for with how the peyronies is now, anyone taken more for sex ?
This is what I have, hourglass but it's not actually that bad looking now, like the indent isn't as bad as it used to be.
But the issue is now the plaque below the head has now become very hard, so much so that even tadalafil is starting to fail, can't get blood flow to the top, feels very tight and makes anything feel very weird.
I have been on tadalafil for just over a year and 3 months, and at first it worked great. But this plaque has got so bad now I'm wondering if surgery is even worth it.
Because of, risks of ed, shortening also, whether it would actually 'feel' better with some fake graft inside instead of this hard plaque. Can't use xiaflex as I'm in the UK, so it really sucks
