I am so, so upset with myself. I tapered off Ativan and had been Ativan free for two whole weeks. I did amazing. I have now took some the last three days! What am I doing?! I gave my pills to a family member so I have no more access to them. Do you think I’ll have bad withdrawals again? Has anyone been as stupid as me? My emotions are all over the place. I take full responsibility for this f$c& up. :(
