once you feel the waves of pleasure, just press the njoy onto your prostate and push out like you want to pee. press the njoy right on your prostate and dont move it... pushing out like you want to pee will sort of open up the canal for the prostate fluid to flow from your prostate.

i tend to do kegals/clench with the ball pressed on my prostate.. then once i feel the waves coming i press instead of clench.. hold it for 10 seconds and you will feel the feeling of starting to cum.
