I would like to ask for some advice regarding my current situation.
Previously, I was using a random-brand cage measuring 80 mm in length and 35 mm in diameter, but it was clearly too large for me. I have since switched to a Cobra Size N Wide (55 mm long and 35 mm in diameter).
The issue is that, at times, my glans moves around inside the cage and is no longer aligned with the ventilation openings. When this happens, it almost looks as if the cage is too large. However, at other times, the fit feels quite tight.
In addition, when I remove the cage, I sometimes notice localized swelling or small raised bumps on my glans. I’m wondering whether this could be related to the cage size, its shape, or simply an improper fit.
I have attached a photo to better illustrate the issue.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this, or what adjustments or changes you would recommend?
