If you could snap your fingers and the BNWO existed, what would it look like?
For me, i'd keep the population to a billion max, with a fairly strict patriarchy enforced by black men. use intensive genetic engineering to ensure that the only cis men on earth are alpha black males. women and trans women of all other races are allowed. maybe 10 for each male. this will ensure continued genetic diversity. using technology the world could be led physically and intellectual giants within a generation, and the earth could be transformed into an environmental paradise. perhaps white male clones could help with the especially horrible parts of space exploration, but none will be naturally born. finally, governance will be by committee. a relatively small population of men (90 million) will act as a natural aristocracy, closer to ancient athens than whatever it is we have today. public education will obviously be highly restricted to the male population.
if you've heard of the georgia guidestones, thats a good place to start. although they dont talk about the BNWO, they imply the need for highly regimented, hierarchical society
