Having 3 young kids has made it more difficult for my wife and I to be consistent with physical intimacy. However, one thing I’ve found that sparks the romance and passion is massage. I’m not talking about a simple back or shoulder rub that lasts 2-3 minutes.
I will lay out a clean sheet on the bed. I have proper massage oil that was not expensive. Dim lighting (she has a salt lamp that’s orange, this helps!). And soft music.
