Hi. I’m wanting to be on my back on a bed/couch and hoist my cuffed ankles vertically (so I’m L-shaped) and then be able to lock off the rope but not in the field of view (assuming simplistically I would be pulling the rope towards my chest from the pulleys on the ceiling). I have the anchor points on the ceiling and the pulleys but not sure how to tie off the rope remotely once in the position (limited movement) Maybe something like a jam cleat but then I would need to fix it to something rigid. Is there a clever trick I’m missing or am I overthinking it. TIA
