As mentioned in the title, I a few different ideas I'd like to explore~

I'll use abbreviations YC (for your character) and MC (my character)

Idea One: The Road Trip

Two characters. Friends, siblings, coworkers, or something more complicated. Either way, YC and MC are on a road trip to somewhere. The reason for their trip can be anything we can come up. Maybe they're moving one of them across the country, maybe it's a forced work retreat, maybe it's for a vacation, maybe something more interesting.

My character, for reasons unknown, keeps asking to stop for bathroom breaks. Too often for your character's liking. It's not malicious on my character's side. She is genuinely uncomfortable, maybe a little embarrassed about it. But your character is getting more and more annoyed, with more and more teasing.

After yet another stop, your character had enough. So the ultimatum comes. Either my character figures out how to manage their bladder like an adult, or your character is taking matters into their own hands. My character scoffs, assuming it's an empty threat or just teasing. At the next rest stop, your character comes back from the store with a package of adult pull-ups/diapers.

What follows is embarrassment. Reluctant acceptance. And eventually, my character gives in. The pull-ups (or diapers) become the new normal for the rest of the trip. And hopefully beyond~

We could do some world-building with that idea too. My idea is a romance with a certain dynamic.

Idea Two: The Ski Trip

Another variation on the 'road trip' trope. It could be a family vacation. A long-planned trip among friends. Maybe a college graduation reward. Rich parents of a friend own a cabin. Something like that. We can discuss how we want to frame it. Either way, my character and your character are stuck together in the same group. And oh boy does she have to pee. A lot. All the time. It gets annoying. Especially because of how long it takes, thanks to all the layers of clothing and those overall pants. And there is no cover, so she can't just 'pop a squat' either, and even if that would eat up time. Missing the ski lift. Missing their friends to get wasted. Missing precious time to ski. The reason she is here. Anything. YC is so annoyed that she develops a plan for the next day. Luckily, the town has a well-stocked pharmacy.

Idea Two A: The Rehabilitation

My character got into a trouble, big trouble, and gets send to a treatment facility known for it's "unconventional approach" that specializes into treating underlying issues that stem from childish experiences or lack thereof (or something along those lines, I'm sure you get where this is going).

Idea Three: The CEO

More of a rough idea. Rich woman takes care of a not-so-rich woman. Old girlfriend, intern, maybe secretary. I'm not interested in huge age gaps. Even would prefer if their relationship wasn't work related or no longer is work related, I like the idea of old flame. Either way, she discovers her girlfriends need to 'be taken care of'. It's only a vague idea so far, but I'd love to maybe chat about it!

Hey, I admit I'm not the most creative person sometimes. Maybe you think we fit but don't like any of my ideas. Feel free to pitch your own. I'd love to read them!

In this world, approximately 0.4% of the global population carries a specific genetic marker. Name pending.

Juvies: Adults who experience strong, periodic urges to regress into a childlike state as a stress-management mechanism. They can function in adult society but require "safe spaces" to decompress.

Littles: Adults whose regression is more pronounced or permanent. They often require full-time care, living in specialized communities where they're cared for in a manner similar to young children.

The world is divided on how to handle this population. Some advocate for genetic screening and "corrective" therapies in utero. Others champion acceptance and integration. A few powerful corporations have developed "treatments" that claim to suppress or eliminate the gene's effects—treatments that are controversial, expensive, and not always safe.

My (or our) character(s) has (have) been a functioning adult since turning eighteen. Collage/jobs, relationships, a 'normal' life. Obvious they knew about the gene, everybody does. Juvies/Littles are part of daily life. She never thought it would apply to her. The 'breakout' never came.

That was until the incident.

My (or our) character(s) wakes up in a sterile, unfamiliar care facility. They're naked beneath a thin blanket, groggy, and disoriented. The last thing she remembers is... Nothing. A party at her collage/job. But there is a gap, like a memory she can't grasp.

A cheerful but clinical voice informs them that they've been brought in for a mandated treatment. There was an incident. The incident. It happened in public, embarrassing, and what many see as first sign that she carries the gene. And now, the state has decided that the safest course of action is to begin "management therapy."

I think the idea offers a lot for world building
