Any MTB riding bros around who wanna play technique coach for a new rider?

I can pay you for your time.
CA terrain is nothing like KY or FL. Went to that canyon in Riverside yesterday and got humbled quick. Had a blast though.

Also open to any lingering lesbros or allies here who ride hard and know where is best to train a noob with lowest risk of injury

Thanks

Anyone got recommendations for good primary care doctors offices or psychiatrists who practice somewhere between south LA/OC/west Riverside

Context - 33/M and in shape, with no chronic physical health conditions (knock on wood).

Just moved out here and need to establish proper healthcare practioner relations. I do have well-documented ADHD (not a TikTok/COVID-era self-diagnosis, no shade to anyone figuring things out, just clarifying) and am prescribed a pretty ordinary dose of a controlled stimulant medication.

I’m trying to find a doctor who is actually helpful, not dismissive, and not an asshole about doing their job.
Bonus points if they’re gay or cater to working with LGBTQ community, not that it matters, but it’s always a nice luxury to have a doctor “like me.” But I’ll see anyone who’s good at doctoring

Open to hearing about specific PCPs, psychiatrists, primary care clinics, or anywhere else people have had good experiences (like, a good dermatologist who takes Premera Blue Cross would be clutch, but that’s not exactly the priority right now)

Thanks gents!

Hey guys,

A little background: just moved out here for work and I’m trying to figure out where to land. I work nights in Riverside County (ew, I know, but it’s stable and it’s life for now), but I’d rather not live too far east if I can avoid it. I’m currently staying near Norco, which is workable, but I’d like to be closer to OC/LA life without turning the commute into a routine punishment from above.

Little about me: 33, been fully single for the past 2 1/2 years, not super into “the gay scene” but not “anti” it either, just long-past got the recreational hookup/party era out of my system (like I don’t judge anyone who likes to, good people are good people, just trying to be the man my kind of man would be comfortable settling down with when we find one another), originally from FL, but recently transferred out here with the same employer after surviving what I can only lovingly describe as an 18-month career-hostage era in a landlocked state. I’ve got a stable full-time job with a housing budget of around $2k/month, and enough self-awareness to know I probably should not choose an apartment solely based on proximity to (emotionally significant “straight” close friend in OC and) sporty dive bars. 🥀

Mostly looking for advice on areas that make sense for someone commuting to Riverside County but wanting a more social-friendly life farther west. I’m open to an apartment, but I’d also be into the right house-share situation if it came up. Clean, fit, low-drama, fairly well-socialized, and allegedly easy on the eyes, for whatever that’s worth in the housing economy. It’s important to me that living space is somewhere orderly and i feel safe to let my shoulders relax at home iykwim.

Any neighborhoods, search tips, Facebook groups, sites, or general “listen here little boy you do not want to live there, sweet darling angel” type warnings would be appreciated.

thanks for whatever you guys can offer on that front, very much appreciated.
