I am learning everything I can about Vaginal Plugs / Pussy Plugs. If anyone has any articles, info, or even subreddit that can provide me the info I need I would be so grateful. I am on the r/ButtplugEveryday subreddit. They are incredibly only buttplug safety educational base. I want something similar for pussy plugs. I want to end up wearing it 24 hours but I want to even know if it's been proven to be unsafe or if it's a myth because honestly the science behind vaginas is behind. (Unrelated but did you know the g spot doesn't exist and that area inside the vaginal wall is actually rubbing up against the clit, which is huge by the way!) I am in searh for anyone who has gone on this journey themselves with info or anything else similar! Would really love to end up being plugged from my ass and pussy at the same time 24/7, but only if it's safe. I never think doing something unsafe is worth whatever pleasure I might. So anyone sees this, please let me know !!!!

My plan currently is to use dialators. One for each week even if it's insanely small while increasing time of 5 mins. Two days: yes, one day: no. Until I get to the size of the smallest G Sqeeze by SquarePegToys. Then I will start doing one day yes and one day no. I'm thinking once I get to 8-10 hours of around there that I should start doing 1 day yes and 2 days no. I plan to take it out and wash it between bathroom uses. I haven't started yet but just in case I am thinking of relubing every 3 hours but I think relubing after the bathroom with be enough times if it constantly getting cleaned. Thinking of having a small bottle of dish soap to maintain the silicone in good shape, but I take a lot of comfort in knowing that SquarePegToys are so insanely safe that you can wash them with regular hand soap and it will not cause issues.

I have already started my buttplug journey and I have a Small Njoy Pure Plug that I increase with 5 mins increments and rest after 2-3 days.

I feel like my plan is pretty safe. The longest time I've read of someone having a pussy plug in them is only 10 hours. That's my current goal for now until I know it's safe with more research from the community and fellow pussy pluggers so go further.

TLDR: Really want health info about pussy plugging!! Would love to go 24 hours but wants to know if it's safe with other people's experiences using them. I also detail my plan on how to use it, and how I've also started my buttplug journey since I also worry that would affect my vaginal health with so much pressure in the pelvis.

Thank you for those who did the hard work of asking doctors and doing the research and creating such an amazing educational subreddit. I had always wanted to more butt stuff but was very afraid. I had so many questions. This subreddit and the amazing pinned posts answered them all. I wish they're was something similar when it comes to PussyPlugging. I don't find all the information I want to have, but everything I have learned I will use towards educating myself on my vagina as well.

Because of this subreddit I have now started to love the part of my body I hated the most to just accepting that messes happen. Interacting with myself in this way has given me a greater sense of self love.

I started on 6/4/26 at 5 mins. Increasing increments of 5 mins everyday with a rest period every 2-3 days. I am now up to 1 hour and 20 mins :) My goal is go 24/7 with my Njoy Pure Plug Small. My journey is incredibly slow but also incredibly fun! From reading so many of your journeys, I figured it I could make this feeling last forever if I move at a snails pace. It is insanely comfortable and easy to clean. It is costly but so incredibly worth the smooth ectasy it gives you. Just confidence and happiness in a sleek design.

Just a week before starting my journey I did three days of dry anal with dildo up my ass for hours. It was incredibly unsafe and NOT HOW TO PLUG FOR 24/7. This education is so desperately needed. Thank you again, pretty sure this subreddit saved my butt - LITERALLY.
