How long should I leave a fent patch in (sublingual)

I cut a plastic 25mcg/h film and placed it in my cheek about an hour ago. Im wondering how long should I leave it in for the best effect? It's hitting quite nicely, but I dont seem to be getting any higher. Should I spit it out and use it later? Is it completely done? Any help would be appreciated 🙏.
