Many guys with larger girth mention a certain BDP where they can’t get great blowjob because the woman’s teeth start to hurt. Now I have only a very small sample size, but at 5.5 inch girth around the middle (6 around the base), I should be experiencing this. However I’ve never really felt that being a problem because every woman I’ve been with covered the teeth with her lips while doing it, so there is almost no scraping involved.

Have my partners all just been very inventive? Isn’t this a common practice? My wife certainly has a larger mouth, but the girls before her absolutely did not and it never was a problem.
