Every time I smoke, I could either be high or coming down from a high and doesn’t matter how much I’ve had to smoke, I would have muscle spasms all over my body from my feet and legs to my hands and arms. Anyone know a way I can limit it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I’m only using a shitty little bong coz it’s all I have atm, but I’ve made sure there’s no clogs or blockages in it, the rubber seals aren’t leaking air and that I’m not inhaling too fast. But even at the very start of a pull, as soon as I inhale it feels like the air is being forcefully pushed down into my lungs. I then have to exhale and blow out a little bit to stop it, but then it happens again seconds later. It was also working completely fine yesterday but it’s doing this today.
Are there any aerodynamicists in here? 😂 or anyone that has had the same problem before?

I’ve smoked roughly .8 today and I can feel a lil something but nowhere near the usual “high” I felt even last night. It’s almost like my tolerance just kicked in overnight? As I said I can feel a lil something but fuck all. The only thing I really feel is my heart beating out of my chest.
Anyone had this same thing happen before?
