hey im just wondering if someone could lmk if these pills were real

ive done oxy before up to 20 mg n these pills are supposed to be 30 mg but when i took one full pill i wasnt able to eat for 3 days straight (everything id eat i would throw it up 5 minutes later), i couldnt sleep at all that night as i was only able to keep my eyes closed, and I felt feel light headed too. A week later i tried splitting one in half n popped it to see if maybe the 30 mg mightve been to much for me but pretty much the same thing happened except it only lasted 2 days instead of 3. Ive never experienced this with any oxygen pills before
