Like so poor all you can hear is like an AC fan and static, am I wrong for asking her to remake the video? Is this an issue worthy of contacting the moderators? …the whole point of buying the video was focused around talking.

With some sellers, once you send the money, it’s radio silence, just hoping that they will be true to their word. And if you ever ask for an update, boy, they'll have something to say about it. The response is often very rude, and you can’t help but think the final product will be of lesser quality based on this interaction.
