The vibe at Hotel Q!

My wife and I love going to spa’s in Germany and Austria. We love the sauna culture and respect the rules around it when it comes to behaviour
However, we are also very affectionate and enjoy each other quite a lot 😃 and we enjoy erotic, sensuel/sexual vibes. We don’t swing but my wife has exhibitionist desire.
We don’t want to impose this on people who want it but we would also like to go to a spa where “looking” and a discrete sexual vibe is accepted - not a direct sex or swingers club - more like a spa, where ie. We heard that the e spa at hotel q! Has more acceptance of this, but I am unsure if it is true. I have read that it is an adults only hotel, however reviews show that kids are also allowed?
So, question is, can anyone confirm that there is a little more liberal sensual vibe at the hotel q! spa or is it just a standard hotel.
