I have been on 3mg EV every 5days and 100mg O4 rectally in the past two years. I am on my sweet spot and can't even see myself without hormones BHRT is the way.

Previous years I was changing every year from E2 4mg pills with Spiro at 100mg or 50mg daily I also tried CPA 12.5 a days for a year.
