Ive been inducing without any meds, Ive taken birth control in the past so i had tissue growth. I am on T but when I did hormone levels my estrogen was still higher than what a “man” should have. Since i have been using my tens unit every 2-3 hours the past week to week and a half. I am seeing and feeling changes, but was unsure when to pump. Hello all I am once again trying to induce,i know I know. I have been pumping as often as i can every two hours. I have gotten duct fluid and have nipple growth,areolas are getting little bumps and wider/darker and sensitivity so i can tell that it is starting to work. I want to add vitamins/supplements. I have seen that Fenugreek can cause milk to dry up so Im not wanting to use it this time around as i tried in the past and barely got duct fluid. I have done research and narrowed it down to the following :
moringa-1500mg x2
shatavari-1500mg x2
brewers yeast-1500mg x2
goats rue-750mg x2
Does it matter what order I start them in? I was thinking I would add one a week so I can add it slowly to see the difference,if any,when added.
