This will be my first time wearing pheromone perfumes to work I’m curious if anyone else has any experiences with them idc if you think it’s placebo 😭😭 (I’ve also heard of vibbing im curious about that too)

Tips on body pain? I just started dancing and the body pain is pretty intense rn like to the point where I don’t think this is for me🙁 I don’t even dance that frequently.

All I’ve been doing is stretching and taking ibuprofen and I haven’t had anytime for an Epsom salt bath😫😫
