Choreography

How do you come up with floor work and make it look so easy? I can shake my ass and move my hips all day but when I try to do slow and sensual floor work I feel like awkward. What would help this? I have an audition next week and want to come up with a routine or something

Are my pleasers the right size?

Hi beautiful girls. usual size 8 and ordered size 8. Do they look the right size to you? I’m a little scared for my toes

tip out questions

My club doesn’t require tip out but it’s obviously socially required, if that makes sense. I’m wondering how to determine how much to give? A day shift veteran told me she tends to give $10 to house mom/dj/bouncer, and more if things go well… but I don’t know how to determine that. When I did back to back VIP I tipped the bouncer highly for all his help, but on an average night ($600 or so) I don’t know what’s standard? I definitely want to stay on the good side of the staff. Should I tip waitresses if I don’t buy drinks? what if I get water from them or something?

no im not going to suck your dick.

Being a newbie, i’ve had regulars try and ask me what we’re doing outside the club. i’m not going to meet you outside the club. this is my JOB and you know better. idc what other girls are doing with you, idc if you’re giving them $200 to suck your dick. i get $200 off a 30 minute VIP room to dance and talk to you. that’s ALL you’re getting. just cuz i’m new dont mean i don’t know any better 🫩 give me my money and kick rocks, DISrespectfully lol.

Fees + Tip out

Heyy, I’m planning on going to dance this weekend but I’m literally dead broke… which is why I’m doing it, so I was wondering, what happens if I can’t make/don’t have my house fee + tip out amount? Should I just wait until I come across a few dollars just in case?

I have a little bit of imposter syndrome

I have been dancing for a couple of months, going into it with the intention of this being part time work. I have been working 1-2 shifts/week. I'm starting to figure out my specific hustle and the last few shifts have been very good to me and I am SO thankful for this job.

I guess my issue is that I feel like I'm not "valid" as a stripper or something like that. A lot of girls at my club dance full time. I have a full time civ day shift job and work at the club on a weeknight after my first job ends. Has anyone else dealt with feeling like this? I don't even think there's anything to do about it, it's just a feeling, but having some outside perspectives might be helpful for processing this. Thank you all for your time.

Advice about appearance and confidence

Trying to build the confidence to finally audition for a club but unsure what i can do to make my appearance more suitable and maximise the potential bag. I'm 5'1 and a little pudgy so I'm worried I wouldnt do well and I think it's holding me back from starting even though i've been considering it for a couple years now.

How long to give it before packing it in

I’ve been working for like 4 weeks now and whilst I’ve had some good nights I am often leaving with fk all. I struggle to get dances to be honest and I’m just not sure how long to give it until accepting it’s not worth it. I know I need to work a bit on my chat and sales techniques so any advice is really appreciated. Anyone had a similar experience?

how to ask for tips?

everywhere I see more veteran strippers saying its important to ask for tips, but I can't figure out how to do this without feeling awkward/demanding? If I sell a room and somebody hands me the $300, am I supposed to then be like, where's my tip on top of that? I have a hard time asking for things I want in general and I am learning how to do that with this job, but would love any tips (lol) on how to ask for tips on dances/rooms/chatting/etc. in a way that feels flirty or natural?

Audition tonight (outfit help)

Is this okay or it’s too much clothes? I don’t know how to pole. I practiced a little bit some flow and floorwork but I can choose my 2 songs so hopefully that helps me out tonight. So scared!! First time ever and I haven’t even been to that club lol

Too fat?

I’ve wanted to get into stripping since i was 18 almost 19 HOWEVER Im worried my weight may be a problem, for context I’m 5’3 and 160 lbs and i just had a baby 8 months ago but I haven’t lost the baby weight. I’m just worried i’m not the body type clubs in my area look for. I’ve also never stripped before would it be beneficial to take pole dancing classes before auditioning? I really don’t know what to do about my weight or even where to start with getting a job in the industry. I have my eye on a few clubs in my area but that’s honestly where i’m at. Any advice would help.

Wanna be a stripper

Okay so yes the title is as it says, I want to become a stripper. Trying to balance, the little pay I get from work(17.98 an hour), the rising costs of everything and my rent went up plus I’m balancing school has become a little more than I can all at once. So I’m curious, and I ask other strippers, what are some tips and tricks that could work for an aspiring newbie like myself?

Audition questions/Need Advice

Hey everyone, I’ve been wanting to start dancing for a few years now since I turned 18 two years ago. I have classical ballet and other dance training and I’d say I’m pretty comfortable around men-however I’m nervous for the initial audition in front of managers because they’re my potential boss and it just gives me a little anxiety which is ironic because I have no problem flirting or engaging with men😭 I guess I’m just looking for reassurance-(I also have a few questions)

I’ve never had any negative experience with any guy not liking my body or having something to say-and of course I understand all men have different types. I’m 5’9 so a lot of guys are into my long legs but I’m kindaaaa nervous I won’t get hired because my ass is flat at the moment and my stomach isn’t toned. I’m hitting the gym at least 4 days a week but I want to start dancing now and not wait until I have my “goal body”. Anyway even though I have stage presence that won’t be enough to get hired compared to the girls auditioning next to me. I’m confident in my stage presence but I have a fear of not catching the managers eye. Maybe I’m thinking too deep into it

Questions I have:

What shoes should I wear to auditions? I know it’s important to invest in good shoes for the long run but I’m kinda tight on money for Pleasers until I start making more money

The club I’m auditioning at told me to come with a song to audition to. They said a song with rhythm but No R&B. It’s a gentleman’s club so im really not even sure what kind of songs would be approved

Thanks in advance guys!! Xx
