I recently got off my birth control implant and I have a rather heavy flow typically. How do you guys deal with this when you have to dance?

I’m (22F) looking to explore and have fun with a girl! I’ve been super bored all week and want to explore more! I’ve only been with a girl three times and I want to try more 🙂‍↕️
