Good morning with the 5th day of this catheter, although I went back to the regular style of leg bags up on my thigh.
Time to let it fill up for today.
Can anyone give me advice about wearing shorts with the thigh bags as this one tends to have the valve and bottom 3 inches of the bag itself and the lower strap visible down by the knees.
Bag's been filling since about noon today, it's almost completely filled, just below the 1000ml marking.
Time to empty it out and start this process over as i sleep.
Relaxing on day 3 with the catheter and a different leg bag.
Starting a 2nd day with a fresh 18fr duette catheter and leg bag, which i put in late Saturday night. So this is the 2nd morning with it, and emptying it as it was 2/3rds full.
Hopefully to keep it in indefinitely for a while.

Bags been draining all day so now its full, well at the 1000ml marking though i think this can fit between 1100 and 1200.
Anyways time to empty it out.
Swapped yesterday's bag for one with an extension tube.
This is my 2nd day with a fresh duette catheter and leg bag after changing both yesterday morning.

Been a while, though I had changed out the previous one for a fresh duette and leg bag this morning. Can't beat the sensation of free flowing drainage into the bag. My cat has also made his evening appearance near my feet.
