As I had the syringe pushed into the inflation port. I said leave it in. So seconds before pulling back on the plunger I removed it. So now a 24 silicone at work.

Latex vs silicone
I seem to remember reading that silicone and latex caths are slightly different in size, should I size up or down or stay the same when trying my first silicone cath? TIA
