We took a closer look inside the ProWand and we figured some of you here might enjoy seeing what’s actually doing the work under its body-safe silicone.

The motor sits directly inside the head, keeping the source of vibration close to the contact surface. Just below it is a flexible silicone neck, which lets the head move and adapt under pressure instead of making the entire device completely rigid.

Most of the handle is occupied by the large battery, giving over 10 hours of power to the device, while the control board sits alongside the physical buttons. That board translates inputs into motor commands, changing timing and intensity to produce the six built in vibration patterns.

Things get a little more interesting once ProWand is connected. The same electronics can process inputs through FeelConnect, including app control, partner control, unique share control links, and even supported interactive content, then convert those commands into changes in vibration intensity, rhythm, and timing. The multicolor lighting system can respond alongside it too.

Keon 2 production has started as communicated but we want to be transparent with what's happening. Before any unit is approved for shipping, our team puts them through extensive testing and validation. During that process, we caught a small fastening component that wasn’t meeting the quality we set for Keon 2. This is why we’ve made the call to replace that component to the required specification.

This means we will not meet the previously communicated end of August 2026 shipping window.

We don’t want to replace one estimated timeline with another until the new component has been tested and validated. We'll send an update next week Friday, September 4th, 2026, either with a confirmed new shipping window or on where validation stands.

We know this isn’t the update you wanted to hear, and we are sincerely sorry for the additional wait. We’d rather take more time now than ship you a Keon 2 that doesn’t meet the standard we designed it to meet. If you have a Priority preorder, you remain in the first shipping batch, in the same order you are currently scheduled.

A lot of effort goes into designing Keon 2 itself, but we also spent time designing how it gets to you, and how you store it afterward.

 

The custom foam insert is engineered to locate and support the device at specific contact points, helping minimize movement during transport while reducing unnecessary stress on the housing. Combined with the rigid inner tray and outer box, the packaging works as a complete protective system from our production line all the way to your doorstep.

 

We also designed it with long term storage in mind. If you ever need to pack your Keon 2 away, move house, or simply prefer storing it in its original box, the custom foam helps keep the device securely supported and protected until it's time to use it again.

We wanted to share an update on Keon 2.

Production has officially started. 🎉 This week, our team began assembling the electronic core, the "brain" behind everything Keon 2 can do. It's a major milestone as we move into full production for our first customer batch.

Getting to this stage has taken a little longer than we originally planned. The rapid growth of AI infrastructure has created unusually high demand for certain electronic components across the technology industry, which affected when production could begin for Keon 2.

We're sorry for the additional wait. We know many of you were expecting an earlier delivery, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. Rather than making substitutions, we chose to wait for the correct components so we could deliver the performance and reliability we designed Keon 2 to deliver.

If you placed a Priority Pre-order, your order is included in our first production batch. Based on the updated production schedule, shipping is expected to begin during the last week of August.

One question we've seen a few times is what testing actually looks like before a Keon 2 leaves production.

The video in this post shows four production units running through the same test cycle side by side at Kiiroo HQ. Running multiple units together makes it easier to compare their motion, identify any differences, and verify consistent performance across production. Smooth acceleration, controlled movement, and repeatable operation all contribute to making every Keon 2 feel the way it was designed to.

Before a Keon 2 reaches you, it has already gone through multiple stages of testing to verify that its performance matches the design and engineering behind it. There's a lot more happening behind the scenes than what makes it into the final product.
