I’ve been writing captions since 2020 and I even wrote a few chapters of an erotic novel that’s been unfinished and untouched for a few years now. Over the years I tried to JUST WRITE A SHORT STORY but they would always get too complicated and I would abandoned them after outlining them or even writing a few hundred words on a few occasions. I figured I’d share the penis shrinking related here since it’s such a niche kink. Feel free to use any of the following concepts without crediting me if you feel inspired. Most fictional names used below were created on the fly for this post since most of these were just rough outlines.

1. Demolishing Brick Haus- Brick is a gym bro who sells BS protein powder on the internet. He’s cheating on his model girlfriend Lexi and lying about being single to his female bodybuilder side piece, Janey. He returns home to his apartment where finds them both waiting for him. At first they make Brick believe that he can have them both without repercussions for his dishonesty but they reveal that in college they were in a Sorority/Coven together. They use a spell that transfers his muscles to Janey and Lexi converts his penis size into her hourglass figure. Towards the end, Lexi takes his last bit of muscle for tone and much needed back support while Lexi takes his last inch to add some tits and ass to compliment her massive muscles. The women use their new bodies to sell lesbian content of themselves together while Brick is left as a scrawny, owner of a premature micro penis. No one buys his protein powder after rumors state it was the cause of his sudden transformation. (Started, unfinished)
2. Penis Enlargement Pill Addiction- Jake is self conscious about his 6.5 inch penis being too small. He discovers new, unregulated, pills that temporarily increase penis size by 3 inches from a friend and buys his own off the internet. The added size not only makes him a better lover but it gives him an ego boost as well so he starts taking them all the time, even when he’s not having sex, occasionally, even taking an extra pill to reach a foot. At first he doesn’t realize his penis has started getting smaller each time the pills wear off. When Jake does finally realize, he compensates by taking more. As the dosage goes up the duration of the effects shortens and his default size becomes smaller and smaller. By the end Jake only uses them as intended, before sex. Trying to hide his 2 inche erection from his date, Jake takes one pill that does nothing, and then another for good measure followed by another until he realizes his body built an immunity to the pills. (Too male focused for me to care writing about)
3. Woke Up in Female Ruled World- Brian is looking forward week filled with meeting casual sex partners then goes to bed. Brian wakes up in a world where matriarchy and misandry are the norm and for some reason his large penis with a delayed ejaculation problem has been replaced by a micro that’s extremely quick to cum at the sight of a woman’s cleavage. Brian still meets the women he’d planned to be with through chance circumstances and result in various SPH situations. The story wasn’t about punishing Brian but rather about how he learns and adapts to his new reality. I had a really bizarre ending planned where he goes back to his original reality but keeps his new equipment because he pissed off the goddess who arranged the situation with mild criticism. This is just the surface of a weird and over complicated idea.
4. The First No Nut November(futa)- Set in a world where men and futanari are equal in height, strength and penis size. Because of dying superstition men, women and futanari are culturally encouraged to be sex positive and masturbate at least once a week. Dr. Natalia Taylor conducts an experiment using herself; her boyfriend, Dillion; and her futa friend, Nancy, to see what happens to the 3 sexes when they deny themselves release for 30 days straight. The results are nothing for women; a reduction in penis size and sexual stamina for men; an increase of penis size, sexual stamina, height, and muscle mass for futas. By the end of the experiment Dillion becomes a pussy free cuck and Nancy is the bull. Society is forever changed and No Nut November becomes a tradition for futas and a punishment for men.
5. Masculinity Transfer- In a world where new technology can transfer your body attributes through an app Sky asks Joseph if he would loan her his masculinity for a day on her birthday. The transfer leaves Joseph with a smaller emasculated, feminine appearance and small penis meanwhile Sky becomes a trans masculine woman with an enlarged clitoris. Plot twist: the technology doesn’t know how to undo the vague command “transfer masculinity”. (I pitched this idea to u/StorieCap about 2 or 3 years ago because it aligned better with their trans themes and fit into one of their preexisting worlds. They expressed interest in the concept but to my knowledge have never published a related story. Though they did give me a potential opening.)
