First photo is now, second photo was yesterday. Is this herpes?

Bf cheated on me. He also had pimple near his mouth and ate me out. He has acne so I’m not sure if it’s a regular pimple or maybe cold sore on him?

Severe pain when pee touches this. Kind of itchy. I took a diflucan just in case it’s a yeast infection.

Got std tested today with a swab. Won’t have results for a few days, just curious if this looks like herpes or just a scrape? I did get sand/ocean water inside my vagina from the beach.
