Hi all, male here. Had heterosexual unprotected sex (quite intense) on Wednesday, and a hard session of basketball on Thursday. On Friday I noticed these. 1st picture is yesterday, 2nd last Friday, 3rd also a random spot on my penis. They don't itch or hurt, except if I press them enough.
unprotect sex. I already suspect HPV. I was hoping for a confirmation or any opinions.

I had protected sex 2 weeks ago. Today I noticed these dots on the head of my penis. What could they be? They don’t seem filled with anything but are just above the skin. I do have some discomfort while peeing but could be mental/dehydration. Apart from that no other symptoms.

Had protected vaginal sex with a woman 24 hours ago and then I woke up with this. No pain or discharge just a redness? will have to wait for the 2 week test window but any ideas?
It hasn’t progressed or anything in atleast a week I feel like. I’ve been monitoring it. Feels like there’s a bump it doesn’t hurt or burn.. sometimes it itches I THINK but I’m also like very hyper aware since I’ve noticed and I might be over thinking it. It’s not read really only noticeable when hard and like perfect lighting.
I got told I have molluscum cogeniosum by a dermatologist last month and they prescribed me that cream I’ve been using it everyday and night like they said it has been rubbing on that part down there it started off inflamed at first it doesn’t hurt it’s just been healing like a normal scab I need help.
Went to PCP to get checked out as I’ve had this on my labia majora for two weeks. PCP couldn’t tell what it was, she thought maybe a blocked gland or cyst, so I booked a derm apt. I’m concerned it is a wart, texture is smooth but I know sometimes they can be atypical. Any ideas?

What is the likelihood this is HPV and have been missed by both urology and my urogyno? I go regularly because of pelvic floor issues and no ones ever said anything, it has been present and basically the same size since I noticed it, it doesnt appear to have grown from what I can tell. Id say its been roughly a year.
