My lymphatic nodes near my groin are swollen, last night I had a fever for an hour or two that went away. Today I have muscle soreness kinda like when you have a cold. I'm really anxious and I'm planning to get checked by a doctor, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether this situation is considered a realistic way HSV could spread.
