23F, 125 lbs, 5’2, and I’m type one diabetic, I vape and smoke marijuana often.

2 days ago after (pretty) rough unprotected sex with my boyfriend, I developed these bumps around my anus which are itchy and painful.
There is also something swollen at the bottom of anus. It is itchy and painful in the whole area.
Also, it's burning a lot and painful when I pee.
We are both each others only partner.
I have never had any infection or anything wrong regarding my privates area.
I'm really scared and seeking advice.
Please help!!!!
