This open wound came up yesterday and hasn’t really improved. The small white thing below it came up today. I’ve had little the little red dots on my penis head before and they usually went away after cleaning my penis. I’ve had one sexual partner in the last two months and she has had Herpes 1 in the past but she got an STI test come back “out of range” back in June. We’ve had unprotected vaginal and oral sex but she never had any symptoms showing during the two months. Is it balanitis that just got irritated with friction? I work outdoors and I’m sweaty down there pretty much all day.
