2 days ago I received unprotected anal a lot more roughly than I had agreed to. I’m a male.

I’ve never been pushed to that limit before so my hole hurting was normal my stool was normal. but today 2 days on I passed a good mount of light colored blood. My lymphatic nodes near my groin are swollen, last night I had a fever for an hour or two that went away. Today I have muscle soreness kinda like when you have a cold. I also have a very sore throat.

Edit: I gave oral sex aswell.

Please help, I live in a country where it’s very shameful and HIV can get you deported.
