28M really concerned, doctors dont know what it is..
Hi guys in February I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a sex worker. 3-4 days later I started experiencing some urinal problems and like feeling of wetness at tip, itchyness, all around sensitive penis skin and corona, red scrotum etc. (Im circumstanced)
Started using clotrimazole for a week didn't really help. Got tested 7 days after encounter and tested negative for literally everything and some blood test (pcr tests)
After a week or so it kinda tuned down to until where it started again after couple of weeks. Again red scrotum, feeling of wetness at tip and dryness of penis(especially noticeable when penis is hard) Out of panic I started taking doxycycline and for 10 days plus had a shot of ceftriaxone.
Got tested again 7 days post medication, and negative for everything. The only thinf I haven't tested reliably so far is HSV. It was included in my previous tests but only via urine pcr(if lesions are present in urethera).
Anyways what got me really worried is I seem to have dry skin on my penis from then, it's lasting for a couple of months now. Looks like dry powder, sometimes there is so much of it, it looks like someone put powder over my penis head and also the dry skin cracks and peels and there are 2-3 bearly visable kinda more pink spots at my skin near where skin of base meets the head. Sometimes its better sometimes worse but always it is visable during errection. When penis is flacid it is not visable. I sometimes have itchyness on scrotum.

I am 28, i tested urine pcr for everything, doctors dont know what it is. There is nothing to swab for... Please help...
