I had a LIS last year. After that there's been no pain from BM but I've been getting a stinging, stabby sort of pain from perianal region (I think). The bleeding I see is bright and usually after I walk a lot or run. I think the bleeding is from the perianal area and not from inside because that area is also sore when I touch it or when I use bidet.

I've been to 6 different doctors (yes) trying to figure this out. One said I'm chafing, one said it's the old fissure, rest are clueless. There's no hemorrhoid, internal or external. The old wound is healing and no new fissure too.

I'm at my wits end. Any advice?
