Hey, as in the title. Don't want to suffer, don't want to be sad all the time, but don't wanna get addicted to my benzo either. Trying to find the right balance in taking my as-needed prescribed pills. Such a dilemma i have.
Hey everyone. Don't wanna get addicted but don't wanna live in constant fear either. I find many doctors say "don't take it much, you'll get hooked" but also they don't propose any other efective treatment for people like us, living with anxiety.

Like getting your comments to my posts as well as reading the posts of others brings me such a feeling of community. But i wonder if someone who take it long term is happy with it or regret that decision

Hey, anyone else experiences fear of getting out of your home without your benzo? And needs to have it always on hand just in case of severe anxiety? How to overcome this fear?
I had my V today, 5mg in the morning and another 5mg in the evening. Went to termal baths, enjoyed fantastic weather with my younger cousin.
It's such a powerful feeling to be completely free from anxiety which always been taking control of my life. Today i felt so strong and so relaxed. Dr Leo Sternbach is my Messiah

Is benzo tolerance reversible? I mean if you get it and stop using your benzo for some time, and later you start taking it back, than you start from zero point or you already have some tolerance? Thanks in advance

Hey everyone, a question mostly to married ones/in a relationship
I'm young male adult, feeling lonely. Do you think there is such a correlation that feeling anxious and in consequence taking benzos is kinda linked to the feel of loneliness? That if someone has a spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend than their anxiety is lower (as they have support from their loved one) and therefore they don't need pharmacological support?
Every time i take V (like today) i'm grateful to God/Mother Earth i am so lucky to be alive in the era of benzos. I'm so happy that i can simply take it and chill. Have a great weekend everybody

When i go out, i always take my prescribed benzo with me in case of anxiety
But if i happen to forget to take it with me, is it good idea to buy some beer and just have one or two, to calm my mind if my anxiety was sky-high?

What should i do if i experience anxiety after drinking alcohol (hangxiety)? Should i wait till im fully sober or just take like 2 or 5mg diaz?
