Even though info online claims opioid agonists decrease libido in both men and women I have found that most if not all women have increased libido on age or on other opiates or opioids. Men do not experience the turn off particularly but they will be less willing to engage in sexual intercourse and even if they do it is hard for them to come and will get tired and start getting soft soon after.

Why does this happen and why does any source online claim that opioids are substances that decrease libido for all sexes?
